Supporting individuals, groups and organizations in cultivating awareness through the learning of life challenges and transitions is one of my passions.

I offer safe learning environment, container and experience sessions, individual mentoring or custom staff development and training solutions from a psycho-educational approach to a Sustainable Self-Leadership.

My learning approach uses a psychology based in cultivating growth through discovering, exploring and learning about yourself, your relationships and the world around you.

My passion is to assist individuals and organizations with body-mind-emotions integration to foster a sustainable leadership through self-awareness, self-empowerment, decision making and healthy relationships tools, team and community building.

I offer individual sessions at the office, over the phone, through Skype or if you prefer, out of the office experiences (beach, parks or garden walks).

Groups

I greatly enjoy groups and group intelligence as a privileged space of learning.

I offer special theme or self-discovery groups with both genders or only women meeting from 2 to 4 hours once a week for 8 or 14 weeks. As well as, electronic study groups or phone Seminars.

I have been offering Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction®  MBSR based programs in Spanish.  MBSR was pioneered by Jon Kabat-Zinn, Ph.D. in 1979, at the University of Massachusetts Medical Center. The Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Program is an intensive eight-week training to empower participants to take an active role in the management of their health and wellness.This program has improved hundreds of participants ability to live and cope with chronic pain, illness, stress related conditions, and the stresses of everyday life.  Learn more here.
